Ovalmaltine Braided Sunstar Bread

Ingredients:
450g All Purpose Flour
70g cups of Sugar
2 teaspoons of Dried Yeast
A pinch of Salt
30g Unsalted Butter (melted)
180ml cup of warm Milk
2 Egg Yolks (keep the white to glaze the bread)
1 cup of Ovalmaltine (depends on individual)

To make the dough:
Mix all the dry ingredients (APF, sugar, salt and dried yeast) minutes. Add in 2 egg yolks (mix for 2 min) followed by the melted butter and milk. Mix everything for 10 mins. 5 mins alternate stop to adjust the dough and mix again till it soft.

After mixing everything, cover the mixing bowl with shrink wrap/ damp cloth and place it in a warm place. As for me, I just leave it in the kitchen and let it rest for 1 and half hour or till the dough rise.

Filling and Folding:
It's really my bad for not taking any picture of it. But all I did was roll the dough to loaf size long, cut it into 4, roll each of the dough to a thin round size and fill it with ovalmaltine. Repeat the steps again until the 3rd dough and the last dough will be the 'closing ceremony'. I've found a video that did the exact same steps as I did. Maybe you get the picture when you watch it.

p/s: Don't forget to bake it at 180'C  for 15 - 20 minutes and let it rest for half an hour before serving.

Good luck Love ;)
