My Labour Journey - Part 2

7.05am, 25 March 2013, Monday.

 The doc came in at 7am to give a check on me. To my upset-ting, I am still 2cm open. Sakit since the other day but tk besar2 open and my waterbag still not burst. So the doc decide to burst it 'manually'. Bout 7.40am, I was already in the labor ward. The doc burst my waterbag and also induced me with medication for fast delivery. I can't remember wat it is called lah. Oh yes, I am still give the antibiotic too. Every 4hrs mah. So, the doc asked wthr I wanna take epidural or not. So I say NO. Cos seriously, I really dowanna anymore jabs in me. So I took the laughing gas instead. Before they gave me the laughing gas, they asked wthr I took any meal or drink early in the morning. well.... I curi2 makan 1 piece of biscuit. Hehehe. I'm not supposed to eat anything before going to the labor. Which I dunnoe why lah. But the doctor didn't nag when he found out I had a biscuit.

12.35pm, 25 March 2013, Monday

Doc came in and check. I'm only bout 3 or 4cm. The pain would be bout 6 or 7 out of 10. So the doc kinda worried and he double up my dosage. Ape taknya, it took sooooo long for the opening to open. After they double the dosage of all medication, the pain starts to double up. And this time no more 6 or 7 but its 8 or 9 out of 10. I keep wanna go to the toilet to pee. Sampai nurse fed up ngan aku and say, " no cannot.. We already give u the medication so we afraid the baby might come out" And you know what the nurse give me? PEE TRAY! SUMPAH tak selesa..... But what else shall I do? No choice but to pee in it. And when the tray are place under my bum, no urine. IRRITATING tau.

2.45pm, 25 March 2013, Monday

I started to feel more weak and pain. The nurse even gave me the exercise ball to sit on. As soon as I stood on my feet, I vomit. ALOT! Even my husband got panic. But the doctor says it's all normal when a patients use the laughing gas. 

5.15pm, 25 March 2013, Monday

The FINAL check from the doctor and I really hope I've already open up wider. But it's NOT. The doctor gave me a bad news. My opening started to get smaller due to my baby. Instead of him going downwards to popped out, he goes up again and go to my left side tummy. Cekik darahnye anak. Ape tak, dapat makan sedap2 when in my tummy. I guess he already get TOO COMFY inside lah. Even the doctor and nurses say that too. So, I have no other choice but to go for Emergency Cesarean. And also, my baby heart rate already starts to jump up and down. So the doctor might afraid that we may loose him. I was given 2 choice for the operation. 1st choice to stay awake or to be asleep. I decided to go  to sleep BUT the doctor won't let me to, as in may weaken the baby more. Then why give me choices when I have no choice right? Haiyoh.. I was awake throughout the operation and my hubby able to see all the procedure. I wanted to see but the doctor say I'm crazy! LOL! Well, I'm not allowed to lah kan. Before the operations are proceed, I was given epidural. So tell me lah, LAUGHING GAS + EPIDURAL = FUCKING DAMN HIGH LOR! I sing, I laugh n etc throughout the operations. Even the nurses can layan my merepekness.. HAHAH..

8.15pm, 25 March 2013, Monday

Alhamdulilah the procedure went well. And everyone's (doctor, nurses, me and hubby) tot that our baby gonnabe a huge. Skali tak lah. Heheh. Well, the operation only started around 6.50-ish pm. So tak ke lama aku dlm operation theatre. Hehe. After it's done, I was sent to observation room for bout an hour. Half of my body can't move. And I don't feel a single things. Even when the nurse pinch my feet, I don't feel anything lah kan. 

Well guys, my labour journey went well. Alhamdulilah. Everything turns out smoothly and my baby already 3 months 11 days now. But, the doctor advice me that I have to wait another 2 or 3 years for another baby. And I may need to get the contraceptive pills sooner or later. ;)
