Turkey Bacon n Ham Egg Pie


I'm not a breakfast kinda person. But when I'm in a mood for one, I'll make sure it something interesting for my son to eat. So here's recipe to share with all of you readers. 


Ingredients:

- Instant Prata (I'm using Kawan brand for years now. SEDAP!)
- Chicken Ham (slice to rectangular/ up to your preference)
- Turkey Bacon (I fry it w/o oil to have extra crisp)
- 4 tablespoon of veg/ canola oil (can opt for cooking oil spray too)
- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoon of milk
- dash of white pepper
- dash of salt
- handful of mozzarella cheese

Steps: 
Heat the oven to 180 degree. Spray your muffin tin with your cooking oil spray or u can just brush it with your veg/ canola oil. Cut the instant prata to half (as shown in picture), place it in the muffin tin.
Beat the eggs with milk, white pepper and salt. Once beaten, pour it in and followed by the fried turkey bacon. Last, place as much mozzarella cheese as you wish and bake it for 20 to 30 min. I baked mine for 35min for that extra crisp.
