Tom Yam Recipe (3 to 5 pax)


Bahan-Bahan:

Cube Tom Yam (4 cube)
Bawang besar (2 biji hiris)
Bawang putih (3 biji hiris)
Serai (2 batang dititik)
Lengkuas (size ibu jari dihirs)
Cili padi (5 batang)
Daun limau perut (4 or 5 daun)
Air asam jawa
Air limau nipis
Fish sauce (3 tablespoons)
Ayam/ udang/ sotong n etc
Garam (agak²)
Gula (agak²)

Cara cara:
Rebuskan ayam 15 or 20min after ayam dah stengah masak, masukkan hirisan bawang, bawang putih serai, lengkuas n cili padi. Bila dah mendidih, masukkan air asam jawa, limau nipis n fish sauce. For this, u have to agak2 wthr nk air asam/ air limau lebih or kurang. Once dah mendidih, masukkan cube tom yam. Gaul rata for atleast 5 to 10 min then baru masukkan other ingredients (sotong, udang, fishball, etc). Masak till betul² mendidih then masukkan daun limau perut, garam, gula. Serve it hot with Rice or Noodle.. Enjoy!
