Yoshinoya Beef Bowl with Vegetables

 Hi everyone!!

My mission to cook yoshinoya beef bowl has finally accomplished!

So here, let me share with you the simple yet HALAL recipe you can do at your own home. (n_n*)

Ingredients For Beef Bowl With Veg:
 - 1 tray packet Beef Shabu Shabu
- 1 or 2 White Onion (Japanese onion/ bawang jepun)
- 5 tablespoon Kikkoman Soya Sauce Yamasa or Marushima (Syoudoshima Shoyu) Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoon Hao Chi Seasoning
- 1/2 cube Beef Stock Cube (Knorr brand)
- Broccoli
- Carrot
- Cauliflower
-Cabbage
- Sesame Seeds (optional)

Cooking the Beef Bowl:

Place 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or any other oil. Sliced the onion and stir fry it. Once the onion changes it color to translucent or a little yellow, add in the shabu shabu. Stir it evenly and add in at least 4 or more tablespoon of soya sauce. Depends on your taste bud (I like mine to be mid dark). Add together 2 teaspoon of Hao Chi and 1/2 cube of beef stock. Finally, stir it till the beef finely cook/ broth and you're done! Serve it hot with white rice and garnish with the sesame seeds.

Blanching the Vegetables:

Wash, clean and cut the vegetables to your preferable size. Once cut, boil in carrot first, followed by broccoli, cauliflower and last the cabbage. After boiling, place them in a bowl of cold ice water. This is blanching method that I always do.

p/s: Instead of using Kikoman, you can use Yamasa or Marushima (Syoudoshima Shoyu) soy sauce. Come to realized that Kikoman soy sauce do add alcohol during fermentation process. =(
